the initial startup of fryer was easy, until the pilot light went out twice while cooking for a crowd. We relit pilot light and the second time it worked fine. I contacted Restaurant Supply customer service and their response was next day on what they can do to fix the problem. maybe an air in the gas line. fryer has worked fine since.
