Empura gives you a full 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item if you're unsatisfied for any reason. If the item is returned in good, resalable condition, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This 30-day window allows you time to evaluate your purchase in real-world conditions and make sure it's the right fit for your kitchen operations.

Eligibility & Process

To qualify for a full refund:
