Additional Exclusions from Limited Warranty Claims

The limited warranty does not extend to any claims or losses whether direct, incidental, or consequential arising from or related to the following:

  • Loss of inventory or product spoilage.
  • Loss of sales, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or failure of the product.

If your limited warranty claim falls under any of the stated exclusions, it will be denied. In such instances, you are advised to engage a qualified local technician to diagnose and resolve the issue at your own expense, as repairs under these circumstances are not covered by the limited warranty.

Only proceed with submitting the warranty claim form if you have reviewed the above exclusions and confirm that none apply to your situation. Once the form is submitted, our team will review your claim and contact you as soon as possible.
