Hotter then Fish Grease
Needed a replacement fryer quick. This electric unit was probably the same cost as getting my other one repaired. Had it in 4 days, had to bolt on legs and it was ready to fill. It’s been serving over 300 employees for the last 2 weeks without a problem.
