Great pan
Love these pans. Heats evenly and very light weight which makes it easy to toss pasta. Only issue is the handles have sharp edges so I will have to sand them smooth. Other than that, I am very satisfied. Also, Restaurante Supply delivered as expected and packaged appropriately.
